Being on lockdown because of Covid 19 is not pleasant. Some think it is not even necessary but I am not entertaining that heated topic. Instead, my family and I are dealing with it with our usual tool, humor
There is always good news/bad news about every situation in life. so, because of the lockdown:
Good News – We now have quality time with our family.
Bad News – We now have quality time with our family!
Good News -The children don’t have to go to school.
Bad News – The children don’t have to go to school!
Good News -We don’t have to go to work .
Bad News – We can’t to go to work!
Bad News – We can’t have people over.
Good News -We can’t have people over!
Good News -Don’t have to buy gasoline.
Bad News – Most of us still have a car payment!
Good News -Older parents can get their kids to do the shopping and forget to pay them.
Bad News – Unlike parents, the kids never forget you didn’t pay them!
Good News -Ugly people now must wear a mask.
Bad News – Ugly people are bad at following directions!
Good News -We now stand six feet apart.
Bad News – Most people don’t know the difference between 6 inches and 6 feet!
Good News -Less traffic if we must go out.
Bad News – Only the good drivers are following the shelter in place order!
Good News -Covid 19 allegedly came from China.
Bad News – If so, even if we survive it, we will only crave it again 3-4 hrs. later!!!
